The recent renovation has transformed Villa Solearia into a very pleasant romantic and luxury holiday villa. The internal furniture, tastefully chosen, merges with the original architecture of the house. The villa and the pool enjoy a splendid view over the Umbrian countryside and are surrounded by a vineyard, 150 olive trees and woodland.

The villa, of approx. 260 square meters, has a regular shape, on 2 levels, consists of

• a spacious living room with sat tv
• a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, dishes, cutlery, fridge etc.)
• 2 bedrooms: 1 twin with 2 single beds and 1 double room
• 2 bathrooms: 1 en-suite with shower, 1 bathroom with Jacuzzi
• on the groundfloor in front of the pool, there is a patio equipped with table, chairs, wicker, armchairs and barbecue.

• a spacious living room with sat tv
• a fully equipped kitchen with laundry/storeroom
• 3 bedrooms: 1 twin and 2 doubles
• 2 bathrooms: 1 en-suite with shower and 1 bathroom with tube
• a staircase of the esternal loggia.

In the huge garden, a few meters from the patio there is a barbecue.

The villa, of 260 square meters, gives comfortable accommodation for 6-10 guests.

The swimming pool, (6 mts x 12 mts, open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October), is situated at about 20 meters from the villa. The water has a depth from 1,50 meter to 2 meters and there are wide roman steps leading down into it. Beside the pool there are deckchairs with sun umbrellas and a small stony beach. The pool has an outdoor shower too.
