Villa La Valle is a modern holiday house designed and built expressly for spending a pleasant holiday. The gentle villa is situated in the very green heart of Italy (Europe) between Tuscany and Umbria, in the medieval hamlet of Carnaiola. The mild climate, the environment and the natural and artistical beauties of the neighbourhood make Villa La Valle a perfect place for an unforgettable holiday and stay.

The villa, built in 2002, is furnished in an elegant way and consists of 2 twin units, altogether of 180 square metres. Each unit has own

• 15-20 square metres porch with garden furniture
• huge garage with washing machine
• spacious livingroom with sat tv
• big modern equipped kitchen (dishwasher, plates, glasses, cutlery, fridge, oven, cooker, coffee machine)
• 2 bathrooms, each with shower and bidet
• 1 double bedroom
• 1 three-bed room (double-bed and single bed).

The villa is suitable for 10 persons.

The swimming pool is enclosed by a very lovely 1.500 square-meter garden. The pool 11 metres x 5,50 metres, has a depth of 1,20 meter, is open from May to October.

In the garden there are garden furniture, deskchairs, barbecue and gazebo at the disposal of the guests.

For your baby or kid there is a crib, too.

If you have pets, they are also welcome.
