Villa La Rondine, a modern holiday home with private swimming pool is situated in the very green heart of Italy (Europe) between Umbria and Lazio, in Lubriano. The mild climate, the environment and the natural and artistical beauties of the neighbourhood make Villa La Rondine an ideal place for a relaxing holiday.

Villa La Rondine, built in 2001, of 190 square meters, is furnished in a sober and elegant way. The villa is located on 2 levels and consists of

ground floor with:

• wide porch
• entrance
• spacious living room with satellite TV
• fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, dishes, pots, cups, mocha, coffee, washing machine, fridge)
• 3 bedrooms
• 2 bathrooms, each with a shower

first floor with:

• living room with sofa bed for 2 people
• 1 double
• 1 bathroom with shower

It can comfortably accommodate 10 people.

The pool, of 10 meters x 5 meters (depth 1.50 m-3 m), is located in front of the the large porch and is open from May to October and is equipped with beach umbrellas, gazebos and 10 deck chairs. Cars can be parked in the huge garage of the villa.

In the garden a barbecue is at the disposal of the guests.

For your baby or kid there are a crib and a highchair, too.

If you have pets, they are also welcome.
