Villa Diana is a typical tuff house, on two floors, a total of 250 square meters, located just 5 minutes drive from Orvieto, surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, immersed in the Umbrian countryside.

The villa, suitable for 8-10 people, consists of

on the groundfloor:

• living room with fireplace
• dining room
• fully equipped kitchen with microwave, electric oven, gas stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, pots, plates, glasses, cutlery, washing machine, wine glasses for for wine tasting
• salon about three times as much as 60 square meters with a fireplace, satellite TV, CD and DVD player,
• 1 double bedroom with baldachined bed
• 1 bathroom with shower
  

on the first floor:

• 3 bedrooms, of which
  - 1 double room
  - 2 two double rooms (each with two single beds)
  
• 1 bathroom with bathtub.

Being the bedrooms and the living room of large size, it is possible to place a two-person sofa in one of the bedrooms or in the big livingroom.

Around the villa there is a large garden of 1,300 square meters with a swimming pool (open from late April until late September), measuring 10 meters x 5 meters (1.40 meters deep), where deckchairs, garden furniture, outdoor wood-burning oven, 2 barbecues, garage for 1 car and a playground are available for guests.

Upon request, for your baby there are a cot and a high chair, free of charge.
