The rates are in Euro (€), are valid for 8-10 guests for the whole villa. In the high season the rental is from Saturday to Saturday.

The rates include:

.:. use of the equipped kitchen
.:. use of the open-air swimming pool (from may to september)
.:. bedlinen
.:. towels
.:. weekly change of bedlinen and towels
.:. final cleaning
.:. energetic consumption (water, gas and electricity)
.:. upon request cot and high chair.

The rates do not include:

.:. extra cleaning upon request
.:. heating (from autumn to spring)

Minimum stay: in high season 1 week from Saturday to Saturday, in the other periods of the year 2 nights.

Pets: € 35 for each pet/week.
