Villa7camini is a very nice and cosy holiday house with private pool, situated in a beauty and peaceful environment near Orvieto, Umbria, in the green heart of Italy. The villa, made of tufa, has two levels and has approx. 220 square metres. Thanks to the precise restoration works, finished in 2004, and the interior decoration the original caracteristics of the villa and of the vast surrounding garden are enhanced.

The villa is suitable for 10 guests and consists of:

on the groundfloor:

• a modern equipped kitchen (dishwasher, plates, glasses, cutlery, fridge, oven, cooker, coffee machine, washing machine)
• a large hall with vaulted ceiling in tufa, sat tv and dvd-player
• livingroom
• a spacious studio with a sofa-bed for 2 persons
• a bathroom and a boxroom

on the first floor:

• 3 double-bed rooms, each with a private bathroom (2 with shower, 1 with Jacuzzi /bathtub with hydromassage/)

on the second floor:

• 1 twin-bed room, a bathroom with shower.

The villa is situated in a vast garden with an open-air pool (opening period from 1st May to 30th September, depths: 0-3 metres). In the garden there are garden furniture, barbecue and garage at the disposal of the guests.

For your baby or kid there is a crib, too.

Also pets are welcome.
