We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more. We attended a wedding in Orvieto & many other guests had villas situated around the area. None of them were as good as 7camini. We will definitely be coming back.

Very nice house, confortable and very well equiped (we were 2 families with kids). It is located near a road, but it is not noisy. The region is lovely, and charming. We really enjoyed the stay.

We really enjoyed our stay in this house where we could rest and have a very pleasant stay with much space. Outdoors, garden are really beautiful and the swimming pool is great. It's really a house which we liked.
We also appreciated the care and the exchange we could have.
Equipment is perfect.
If we come back to Tuscany/Umbria, we will for sure rent again this house.     translate

Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt - ich hatte sofort wieder des Gefühl zu Hause zu sein. Gianni hat uns wieder sehr herzlich begrüßt und während der 2 Wochen sehr verwöhnt. Das Anwesen war wie immer super gepflegt, das Haus und auch der Pool war wieder sehr sauber. Leider waren die 2 Wochen viel zu schnell vorbei und uns Allen viel der Abschied schwer. Aber mein Mann und ich, vielleicht auch jemand von unseren Freunden, werden bestimmt wiederkommen.    translate

We are a family of 8 adults and stayed at the villa for two weeks in August. We had a great time. The villa is well equipped with more than enough crockery, glasses etc for our party. There is plenty of space and large well looked after grounds. The pool is much larger than usual and there are enough loungers and seating 8 people, plus the second kitchen in the pool area which was also well equipped with fridge, dishwasher, cooker et. and a second bbq we spent most of our time here. The rail service from Orvieto is good and punctual and we used this to visit Rome, approx 1 hour. Had we had more time we would have used the train to travel to Florence, which is a bit farther afield. The villa is well cared for and Gianni came everyday to sweep the paths and clean the pool. Lake Bolsena is a short drive away and has various places to access the water, plus numerous eating places too. Orvieto is closeby with lots shops and sights plus again plenty of restaurants to suit most budgets, the funicular railway runs from the railway station up to the old city then a short bus ride into the city centre, this is the quickest way to get up to Orvieto Old Town, but there is plenty of parking if you drive up. I would have no hesitation recommending the villa, the only downside is that you need a car for everything as there are no shops, bars or restaurants withing walking distance but that was not a problem for us.
I would return to the villa for the peace and lovely food right on your doorstep.

Wir haben hier mit der Familie einen wunderbaren Urlaub verbracht. Die Villa, die Lage und die Umgebung sind traumhaft, wir haben uns toll erholt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der enorm großzügige Pool, diese größe habe ich noch bei keinem anderem mietobjekt bisher gefunden, toll für Kinder. Die Wohnräume sind ebenfalls sehr großzügig bemessen, die Villa ist durchaus auch für 8 Erwachsene geeignet. Trotz der hohen Temperaturen hatten wir auch ohne Klimananlage keine Probleme in angenehm termperierten Räumen zu schlafen.
Hinweis: Es gibt im Haus keine Kaffemaschine, dem kann man mit löslichem Kaffee Abhilfe schaffen. Auto ist Pflicht, da die Lage etwas abseits ist.
Alles in allem eine klare Empfehlung.    translate

Die Villa Sette camini war für zwei wunderbare Urlaubswochen unser Zuhause in Umbrien. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Anwesen ist wunderbar geeignet für eine große oder zwei Familien, da es genügend Platz und auch ausreichend Rückzugsorte für jeden gibt. Dank an Gianni, der uns mit der besten Pizza Italiens begrüßte und sich täglich um die Sauberkeit von Pool und Garten kümmerte. This villa is much more spacious and stylish than the pictures would suggest! It is very well equipped, with more than enough linen, towels and tableware for everyone. There is plenty of space - for large get-togethers there is a huge dining table in the annexe - or for individuals to hide away, there are plenty of nooks and crannies, both indoors and out! The place was spotlessly clean and the owner, who visited every day, was very helpful (although he doesn't speak much English). There are lots of nice walks close by, along lovely quiet country lanes and through woods by historic Etruscan tombs. There is a road alongside the villa but the whole site is hedged, fenced and gated (safe for children) and the road is not at all busy. There was no air conditioning but the main house is built in such a way that the rooms stay cool if the shutters are kept closed. The beautiful town of Orvieto is about a 10 minute drive away. It is a good base to tour Umbria and Tuscany and is less than 2 hours from Rome. We stayed in June with four teenagers in our party - they loved the pool!

Recommended for:  Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers.

The property consists of two houses, a huge garden and a wonderful swimming pool. There were plenty of space for all of us, the kitchens (2) were well equipped and there were also enough linen. The houses were beautifully decorated and there were a lot of different seatings, in the houses as well as in the garden. We enjoyed every second of our stay. We have, for many years, rented properties in Italy, France and Spain. Villa Settecamini was one of the best, if not the best property. We really appreciated the very friendly, helpful and effective groundsman Gianni, who did a good job and helped us to feel at home. The property was larger than expected, and the view from one of the bedrooms over Porano was beautiful.

Fantastic location, very tranquil. Gianni, the groundsman brilliant and very friendly, despite language barrier. Would recommend to anyone. Much bigger and better than expected from photos.
